Why do you keep insisting on this terrible version of ldoce?!! Go back to ldoce 5th and we all will be happy!!! We dont have time to play games!!! Update of 6th is even more awful than 6th!!!

One of the best features of the version five was that you could bookmark words and test yourself later, here all u have is useless favorites list that does not have the testing feature, the fact that you have to have an internet connection in order to use the app is NOT FAIR for those who paid for the previous one which had everything offline!!! I paid for features which have been removed now!!! What is really crazy is that Enfour has a longman dic with all the features i want but i have to pay another 30 dollars to buy it!!! Talk about fraud in broad daylight!!! DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY!

It is a big mistake please return to earlier version or give us a refund

I bought this app with high price to give my family to study English, to study Eng in my country very hard, almost students have no right and easy methods to learn, so they are speaking very difficult and not enough confident to use Eng front of foreigners. I choose this app to share my sister and brother to hope them get the best way to learn, but this newest version dose not support us anymore, Everything you need such as: right sound, pictures, examples will not appear without the internet connection, its very inconvenient and unfair for leaners whom are living in the poor countries as mine. conclusion, I would like to reuse version 5th or the improvement version.looking forward to using the best version.

Why doesnt the app play words pronunciations when im connected to the internet?

I used to use longman(active in app) but it was disappear from App Store!!! And I buy it again! Now after 1 month today it was hang after 5 second I open it and it exit from app automatically. I think your customer opinion doesnt important anymore, offline sound and many good things disappear from app

I used to love this application and recommend my friends download it, but unfortunately there are many advantages are gone after 6th update. In fact, I really dont like this update, and I would get my money back if this update is still existed. Also, I recommend new learners to NOT waste their money with this bad application if it does not update soon to version 7

why make the words pronunciation online? it is not that big! or at least offer us a opition to download the offline data!

Its not fair Ive paid 30 dollars for ldoce5 only because it had offline pronunciation and pictures and movies, and now ai have to use this rubbish dictionary, Please tell us about new version, when we will be able to use it? Coming soon isnt clear and I have to check appstore every day

For such a costly price, it is even worse than the free word web. Try to check words like: "Revenant", or "optometry"... It simply does not have those. Further more, when you type the words, it does not give you the hint or similarity.

If i put arabic language ; the app dont work !! Really , dont work ! Must in a hurry do update ! I am waiting you ...

I was so disappointed by this version. The lay out and the content is soo annoying. We need LDCE 5 back. This version is awaste of time and money. The company needs to check that matter seriously. Othman

ok, what the hell is this version? I hope you have seen that we are all extremely disappointed here, and honestly I dont wanna say "I used to like it" since I have been using your dictionary for so long and it surprisingly worked well. youd better fix it now or bring back the old interface. its no problem at all with the previous version. you could add some new vocabs. but please no — this new one is totally crap. I want my money back unless you fix it!!!!!!

I want offline pronunciation, Please! 5th edition was perfect, how can I downgrade to it? It doesnt work anymore on iphone 6s ios 9.2.1, why??? Its terrible !!!!!!

The Longman dictionary 5th edition was much better and not even comparable with the new one! I wished the 7th edition would be a return to 5th edition but i was wrong! Cause there was a thesaurus and collocation tables when you confronted with words such as burglar, rubber, and mugger and their differences. There were bookmarks that you could jot down the meanings of the words or anything you wished. I have contacted them a lot and they helped. However, I paid for the dictionary that I was in love with! But no more!!!!

I spent 29 dollars for the offline function, update a new offline version or pay my money back!
