Hang after 5 seconds

I used to use longman(active in app) but it was disappear from App Store!!! And I buy it again! Now after 1 month today it was hang after 5 second I open it and it exit from app automatically.
I think your customer opinion doesnt important anymore, offline sound and many good things disappear from app
